U-hauls
The customer has the option to pick-up their merchandise. With prior notice we will have someone at the store to help load. The customer is responsible for supplying any padding and tie down materials. Once it is picked up by the customer Tracys Furniture is no longer responsible for the condition of the merchandise.
Deliveries
For a small additional cost we offer delivery service. This includes our friendly delivery crew bringing the merchandise into your home and setting it up where you would like. We will also move furniture into another room to make space for your new furniture or haul away the piece you are replacing.
Delivering to the San Juan Islands
We deliver to the San Juan Islands every Friday, we go to Friday Harbor every other week alternating with Orcas Island. We deliver to Lopez once a month and will arrange deliveries to Shaw as necessary. Our delivery staff will arrange deliveries in a geographical order and will call the customer with the expected delivery time the Wednesday before your delivery date. On the day of your delivery you will be notified with a phone call if there are any setbacks due to a delay by the Ferry System or an earlier delivery taking longer then expected.
